Purdue Extension is holding a hybrid program providing four virtual sessions and three days of home food preservation method labs held at Purdue University-Lafayette.
This program is for personal development only and not for certification in home food preservation.
Purdue Extension food preservation instructors will hold discussions on Tuesdays, June 8, 15, 22 and 29, from noon to 2 p.m. La Porte time. From July 7 through 9, participants are required to attend method labs at Nelson Hall of Food Science in West Lafayette from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. La Porte time each day. Participants will take home preserved products.
