The Food Lion at milepost 10-1/2 in Nags Head is now offering grocery pickup.

The store at 2515 S. Croatan Highway launched “Food Lion To Go” on Monday.

“Expanding this convenient service to more Nags Head stores is more important than ever,” Rick Chance, northern Nags Head store manager, said in a statement.

The service allows shoppers to add groceries to their virtual shopping cart, choose a delivery window (same day or up to seven days in advance) and check out. A store shopper picks, packs and stores the order until you arrive, then loads it in your car.
