St. Matthew’s House hosts “fill-the-truck” food drive in Naples - ABC7 News

NAPLES, Fla.– St. Matthew’s House hosted a food drive at the Winn-Dixie grocery store on Golden Gate Parkway in Naples.

The goal was to fill 10 large food bins with shelf-stable items. Community members were invited to purchase food at the store or drop off items they had at the “

fill-the-truck” drive.

Ten full bins would be enough food to feed 20,000 families in Collier and Lee County, St. Matthews House said in their release about the event.

Another “fill-the-truck” event is set for Saturday, October 2, from 9 AM-6 PM at the Winn-Dixie on Mission Hills Drive.
