What Is in California’s Food and Agriculture Code? - California Globe

The California Food and Agriculture Code is one of 29 Codes that contain state statutes. The Food and Agriculture Code, often referred to as the “Food & Ag Code,” contains 27 Divisions. There are also numerous parts, chapters, and articles containing hundreds of code sections, or individual statutes. The following is a broad overview of the Food and Agriculture Code.
