Longtime Easton area food stand finds way to reopen 7 weeks after announcing closure - lehighvalleylive.com

The Canalside Cup shutters in Williams Township

The business has been a fixture for the past 17 years along South Delaware Drive in Williams Township. Its owner in March initially decided not to reopen for the season, but has since changed plans to keep the food stand in operation.

Seven weeks after it was announced the longtime Canalside Cup would be closing, its owner has found a way to reopen.

The food stand, 610 S. Delaware Drive in Williams Township, closed this past October and was supposed to reopen in March for the spring season. Deb Kozik of Williams Township then told patrons she would be retiring instead. Kozik initially planned to sell to a different owner to continue the food stand’s legacy.
